BelloSole’s extra-virgin olive oil from organic farming is obtained from a selection
of the best olives from exclusively Umbrian organic cultivations. In particular, our
olives arrive from the territories between Assisi and Spoleto and are certified by the
ICEA (Istituto Certificazione Etica e Ambientale – Ethical and Environmental
Certification Institute). Olives of the Moraiolo variety, are gathered early and by
hand, and sent for cold extraction. The oil obtained this way is emerald green with
golden reflections and an intense perfume of fresh olives that recalls fresh-cut grass.
It has a decisive aroma, with a strong piquant aftertaste, typical of the Moraiolo
cultivar. For those who love good food, the quality and the unique flavor of organic

TASTE: Strong “Olive Flavour”; herbaceous scent with elegant marks of fresh
olives . An intense perfume of fresh olives that recalls fresh-cut grass. It has a
decisive aroma, with a strong piquant aftertaste, typical of the Moraiolo cultivar. It
presents artichoke unmistakable notes and a superb almond aftertaste.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Only raw on all dishes with decisive flavors, indicated
for roasted bread ( Italian Bruschetta ), salad, red meat, grilled meat,
boiled meat, vegetable soup and grains.
